Cold Hand and Feet

Could be bad circulation... DH has shockingly cold hands and feet all year and apparently it can be a herididtory thing.

I hate it especially when he tries to cuddle in bed at night

My hands and feet are normally quite cool and white. Particular toes got blue and its nearly impossible to get them warm for hours. Even when the rest of me is warm (like right now) my hands barely feel warm though for once they're pink instead of pale lol but my feet are bluish. To me they feel fairly warm but anyone touching me I'd have cool hands and icy feet. Theres something called Raynauds Disease which cause these symptoms.

I always have cold feet and hands too. Like the others said, it's usually circulation. And Pixie is right, exercise is the answer.
Much to DH's delight, I was toasty warm during pregancy.
During the winter I used to take some natural tablets called 'circulation' or something like that. It has ginger, cayene pepper and all sorts of warming things. They stopped me from getting chillblains.
