I've never had that with pregnancy. I think anything concerning your heart (or suspected so) is definitely worth checking asap.

LR it's worth talking to the dr.

On a side note I decided to google the palpitations I get, bad bad idea! Mine is definitely brought on via stress & increase in caffeine so I like to avoid the two.
