I recently had a m/c and im ttc again.
Last time i was ttc i wasnt paying a huge attention to CM and dont know alot about it.
Today i had a positive on a ovulation test. I have also had quite stringy CM. Well thats the best way to describe it. I was looking on the net at what it should look like when ovulating.
Does anyone have any good links about CM, how to follow, and what it should look like during ovulation??
Hey Rachez . . . I would recommend the 20 tutorials from Fertilityfriend (relax, they're really easy and not too timeconsuming . . .) and there's also a 'visual' site called something like 'my beautiful cervix', although be warned, you are looking up someones daily v'jayjay for a cycle. If you're squeamish or funny about that kind of stuff, don;t even bother googling that one.
CM, from what I've noticed, the fertile stuff literally IS like egg white, the way you can tell is to put some on your finger and try to stretch it . . . if its fertile it will go a good coupla inches (maybe more), like really mucusy snot (does that need a TMI disclaimer?)
whereas if it is more tacky, is less fertile. but fwiw, sometimes I don't even notice there's any EWCM, sometimes its just more watery.
There's a method of 'charting' called the Fertility Awareness Method (I think) where you would just chart your CP and CM, not your temp. Maybe google that? The "taking Charge of your Fertility' website (and forums) might also be a useful one to bookmark too
