Im pretty sure most babies are breech at that stage josh didnt turn until 30ish weeks i think. There is still plenty of room to move i know cos Josh turned from perfect position to breech the day before i went into labour which surprised everyone especially my midwife who got one hell of a shock to feel a foot just as she told me i was fully dialated.

Janey who just had her bub was breech right up until a few weeks ago and she just delivered her wee man right way round naturally.

I think spending lots of time rocking on your hands and knees is a common technique thats advised.

Cos of that i cant advise any turning techniques but my advise is not to stress about it what ever will happen will happen.

Kyle was breech until 28 weeks, I was a bit worried as Spencer had been a missed breech, but all was good and he came out head first.

Lots of being on hands and knees helps give them space to turn but at 27 weeks I wouldn't worry about it as baby still has plenty of time and space to flip around.

I wouldn't even worry about it at the moment, they don't even bother thinking about intervention etc till after 34 weeks!

My boy was breech (bum down, arms and legs across) until I think 35-36 weeks when he turned (albeit posterior). I was due to book in my ECV a few days later lol

My baby was flipping in and out of breech until 36wks, when she turned around and stayed put. I didn't even feel her turn lol so there must still be some room even at that stage.
My MW told me that an ECV was optional as there are risks involved, and if baby hadn't turned by 37wks then I would have been booked in for a C-section.
She recommended straddling a chair backwards IYKWIM and lots of time on hands and knees, though I didn't really do either of those TBH lol.
Good luck, hope bubs turns for you

I went to mw last week and she told me my baby was breech as well but she said at 28 weeks there's no sense worrying. There's still plenty of room for baby to turn naturally and she's not going to worry until much closer to the time.

I've also been told to straddle a chair backwards and get down on all fours which will supposedly help although I haven't been doing those things. My baby is so active I'm sure he'll eventually get the right way round.

I was thinking I haven't had that, but then I actually don't remember feeling where-abouts baby was at until 30+ weeks. I do know someone whose baby wouldn't turn and when she was born (by c/s) they found that her cord was so short that it wouldn't have been possible for her. Obviously that's not a common situation but I thought I'd throw it out there. Your bub still has 10 weeks to turn but leaning forward, rocking, all those things are about all you can do - closer to 35 weeks you can talk to your mw about homeopathy etc if you are interested. My mw lent me a rocker to help my breech bub turn (she was only breech for a couple of weeks).

My little man was breech till 32 weeks.... then he went head down which is how he stayed. Don't worry you still have plenty of time for the little one to turn.

Having said that... people told me "don't worry you still have plenty of time for the little one to turn:... and I worried... all wasted energy

Good luck.

jack was breech too and we attempted the ECV which didn't work. when he was born they commented on how his cord was short and that's why he couldn't turn........i just thought he was being a male and refusing to ask for directions

huge congrats amber!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!    when i saw it was you that started the thread, i thought it must've been an old one
