Breastfeeding ??

Hi, its your choice! It can be hard saying no, when I had my bubs I tried but had no milk and I had decided that was it - but I was pushed to keep trying - learning to say NO earlier on would have saved a lot of stressing for me and bubs. You may still change your mind but its your decision either way don't beat yourself up or let anyone else! My bubs has thrived and we haven't looked back. Goodluck!

National Womens do have bottles and formula but you need to sign a waiver form.

If you want to ff, you would be better taking in your own bottles, formula and steralising equipment

Yeah at NSH when they needed to give Rowan a formula top up they acted like they were giving her poison and acted all apologetic. I was laughing at them going 'whatever you need to do' - after all she wasn't sucking and I didn't want her to starve.

Yeah that would be right - Rowan was cup and spoon fed. They wouldn't bottle feed her even though I said I'd be introducing a bottle as soon as we got home (as MW wanted us to do top ups on her BF's).

It is your choice, being your body and all, but like everything with children , I would research it , there are many reasons why people don't breastfeed, and many reasons why they do.
The fact is breast is better for baby , Im not saying you have to do it , but at least research more about it before you make your final decision ..then at least you have something to back up your argument more substantial than I don't want to ,you'll be able to say WHY you don't want to .
I do both , but can definetly say I prefer getting up and putting him on my breast than going bleary eyed out to the kitchen to make formula at 2 in the morning .
