It came a few weeks after he was born and started like a little scratch and grew into the size of a new 20 cent piece and was bright red at 6 weeks and eventually raised up. They've faded now. All three of them have mongolian blue spots on their backs which look like bruises, Dad freaked out when he saw Maya's the first time and said she was bruised, but they're just a funny thing peculiar to olive/dark skinned babies.
Maya also has a small indent on her cheek that wasn't there at birth but appeared about 5-6 weeks. Not sure if it is a scar from where she scratched herself or a birthmark but if it's a scar it's weird that it's still there coz it wouldn't have been a deep scratch and babies skin doesn't scar easily.
