Yeah it just breaks my heart when organisations that are set up in the best interest of the child do not follow through and put these kids at risk, to not just the general public but to themselves. To leave this teenager unattended when he is addicted to such a soul destroying substance is so ludacris. Teen P addict left to own devices

This story just depresses me. Young kids addicted to drugs is absolutely horrible. How could anyone let that happen??? ARGH!

Sorry... this is more just a disgusted post than anything. I wish I could do something more to help.
