I had seen the four stars and glowered with jealousy. i think Emma, there should be a grouop that can have four stars, and only those annoying and lame enough to be excited by it should count....so thats me, Nikki, Sarah-Beth you in?,

It depends on how the back end is set up. We can alter the number of posts required for a certain user group, and we could create an extra user group with 4 stars, but this is the way it was set up in the beginning, even tho until now we've never had a 'moderator' so to speak, us admin girls have always done it.

Groupie 40-99 posts
Senior Member 100+ posts

Moderator and Admin aren't part of the ladder system in that you can't 'earn' them so to speak. Hope this helps.

I'm it as far as four-starers go, as far as I know.

The admin ladies at OB gave me the star because I am doing work for them, and it gives me the abilities to do some of what I need to to do what I'm doing, if that makes sense. BUT, I don't get the admin 5 stars, because I don't need/am not entitled to the priviledges that Maya, Ang, and Katherine have ...

I earned the 4th star, but not in the way of fifty fity million posts = a 4th star. It's because I do work for OB.

Does that make sense...?

Oh, and my abilities to moderate anything are moderated as well ... I am restricted to TTC and infertility threads, which relates to my work.
