Oh, that's what they are! I get them, had a huge blocked duct one time which was horrible. I don't know if its a sign of pg though? I get them frequently, not just around AF time. its the glands that usually secrete kinda can't remember what, oily protective stuff for your nipples lol (that sounds like a weird description)
