Hi everyone....I'm new here and been TTC for a few months now. Been taking Vitex (1000mg) once a day for almost one month or one full cycle now. AF would normally be due tomorrow (13/07/21) however I am expecting some delays. My normal cycle is about 25 days with 7 day periods so I'm expecting maybe 2-3 day delay of AF. Anyone else on it? What's your experience with it? Does it delay your periods during the 1st month? Does it work for pregnancy? This might be a bit TMI but so far on vitex I have been producing more mucus than normal which is amazing because I can have sex more often now too. It's cleared my skin as well. However I have had on and off light cramps (not as painful as period cramps) this week and a bit of last week and my nipped have been a bit sore. I'm scared to test even if I end up being more than 7 days late because the negative result would be crushing and I don't think I would be able to handle it. Anyways if someone is in the same boat as me or has been would appreciate your advice.
