Hi Lou,

I would like to invite you, and any other Mums who see this post to come down and try out our Mums and Bubs sessions at either our Kohi or Remuera locations. We are "Parents in the Park"

We use to run these sessions back in Sydney (my homeland) but we just started a couple weeks ago with our Auckland based sessions (my wife's homeland).

We are quite different to other Mums & Bubs groups because we actually have an experienced babysitter (sometimes 2) at each session who watches over the little ones. Our mums love it because they get to focus on the workout rather than being distracted by their unsettled bub.

We also offer a lot of variety in our sessions and it's not just a running group.

Since you live in Kohimarama you are very close to our training location in Madills Farm - and I am more than happy to offer 2 x free trial sessions, just enter "ohbabyforum" in the voucher code box of the trial form and we can ensure you get the special trial offer

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows of mums and bubs yoga classes in Auckland. I live in kohi but am
Happy to travel more central.
I'm also looking for some fun fitness classes I can take my baby along to in the pram.
Would love to hear from anyone who knows of some great classes :)
