Hi Nandi - welcome and congrats! You're now what we call PUPO (pregnant until proven otherwise :) )

Parenthood is something best learnt on the job! Main thing is to eat healthy when pregnant, and ginger/dry crackers can help a bit with morning sickness.

Hope you get the best result on Dec 1st!

Hi guys

I'm brand new to this forum - in all honesty I'm not sure how this works *blush*.

I guess it's good manners to introduce myself first...

My name is Nandi, I am 34, married and from Auckland.

My husband and I have been battling with unexplained infertility for 6 years...but we have just completed our very first IVF and I the transfer done on Monday.
Confirmation on pregnancy will only happen 1 December. So I guess... technically...I'm not pregnant yet....but I have the little spec inside me :)

Any way... I need help... I have no idea how to do this.

Would you guys be kind enough to help me out by pointing me to threads etc. so I can just get my head around being a (potentially) new mom? (I'm trying to NOT sound emotional - hehe - trust me I am!! Excited...scared... - completely WOW)
