If the blood tests are negative I would say that you arnt pregnant. There are dozens of other reasons you could be nauseous and dizzy including the flu and gastro. A few weeks ago I thought I was pregnant but had negative HPTS and negative blood tests at doctors. I put it out of my mind and assumed I wasn't pregnant. However, I went to work tonight and both the nurses that were there thought I had all the symptoms because I was unable to work ( dizziness, nausea).. I'm spotting right now as well?

Should I go back to my doctor or is that a waste of time?

Btw I'm not really trying to get pregnant right now but I would be happy if I was. Hope this makes sense.. It doesn't to me I'm quite confused.
