Ive actually only got experience with Jadelle in that some primates I care for at the zoo I work at had them but they all failed and we ended up with unplanned babies. Maybe talk to your dr about your concerns.

    Author: Tamara134110
Subject: 43732
Posted: 27 November 2013 at 4:12pm

I have a 6 month old daughter who decided she wanted to come two months early, I'm really really scared about having another baby! I got the jadelle implanted while me and my girl were in hospital (5wks after her birth) It lasts for 5 years but the past few weeks I've had the strangest feeling that I'm pregnant but I'm too scared to buy a pregnancy test :(
I've been told people have fallen pregnant on it and one of my friends claims she did as well so it's freaking me out. I've had sore breasts all week, headaches which I hardly ever get but had them every day for a few months whilst I was pregnant with my daughter and spotting (yes, I spotted with my girl as well for the first few weeks) I know these could all be side effects of the jadelle but I was wondering if anyone out there has fallen pregnant while on this? Not before it was implanted either ?

Help?
