Hey wilsonbub, I also have irregular cycles ranging from 29-55 days usually, I ovulate every single cycle without a problem.

Bit of a newbie to forums. Have been trying for number 2 for about 7 months and its it happening. No probs with number one. My cycle is all over the show. Can be 27 days one month and 44 days the next. Dr thinks I may not be ovulating but didn't give any advice to help regulate it. Hi Alanarenee - we're hoping for a #2. In a different boat to you though as we have fertility issues - still hoping for a natural miracle to occur, otherwise that the IVM/IVF treatments over the next year will get us another child! Yes we are TTC number 2 as well. DD is nearly 16 months and we had a MC in Oct was due May 31. The first 2 happened so easily and really wanted that to happen again but alas we aren't so lucky!! I am forever hopeful that each month will be our month!! Getting up in the night would be nicer in Summer! I also thought it would be easier to keep #1 occupied during the first few weeks if it was summer and he could play outside/go to park etc. Was nice having winter baby 1st only since we could stay snuggled inside all day after I had my csect. Whenever it happens I am sure there are pros & cons it you looked for them anyway. Hi thought I would join in here :) we are going to be ttc#2 very soon. Will start trying in another month or so. Waiting because I have committed to a fixed term job till December so baby can't come before January ;)
We have an almost 2 year old daughter, took 6 months to conceive her. Hoping less time this time round, but being realistic too.

We're TTC#2. Our first is 2 1/2 now. conceived our first in 3 months, and we're up to 7 months with #2. No obvious reason why other than we're in the older age bracket - though I was 36 with our first - and 38 now .... People say it will happen - so I'm hoping thats true :-)   Had an FA referral - saw the specialist and he said everything looks fine. What the GP thought was a motility issue isn't an issue at all so we've been given a clean bill of health. Ttc #2 here too. DS is 19mths and we wanted 2 year gap. We were due initially august but had a missed miscarriage discovered at 12 weeks that bub died at just over 8. So had d&c early feb and no luck getting utd on the first cycle. Thanks Alana, I feel rather accepting of it now but still occasionally sad/jealous of others. I would have been 24 weeks along now.
My son was born new years day and it was uncomfortable but on the plus side i didnt have to find massive winter clothes and it was nice and warm getting up to bubs in the middle of the night. missara I am the same - it was easy first time and was expecting it to happen first time this time around but not the case :( It doesnt help I like things to go perfectly and so plan which months I think would be good for #2. Soon to start TTC # 2 here. DD is 23 months and both DH and I are soooooo ready for the next. Have to wait till May though unfortunately as I had to have an MMR Booster. I am looking at it as a positive thing through. Gives me time to get my body ready for the whole TTC thing. I feel like I talk myself into seeing symptoms too! TTC #2 as well :-) We have a 12mth old and wanting another now. We haven't really started trying properly but I'm having alot of symptoms this month so hoping that its happened already! Tired, nausea, short of breath, getting up to pee at night, increased appetite. I've tested twice and both negative. AF due Wed/Thurs so I guess I'll just wait till then to test if AF doesn't arrive. At times I feel stupid and like I must be talking myself into seeing symptoms but the almost constant nausea since we possible conceived is def not normal! Waiting sucks big time! Nice to be able to talk about it here though. Iv just been taking elevit everyday nothing else - doctor told me that should be all i would need with balanced diet when I went in to have Jadelle taken out etc.
Last week of work this week, I think being at home full time and doing sh*ts actually going to take my mind off it all a bit more cos Ill be right into wedding planning etc. When Im at work its all I think about! And I can focus on my health and fitness too cos Ill be able to go walking with my other stay at home Mum friends! Yay haha

We were planning to start ttc in September-ish, but now we've made a decision, I'm so excited that I want to start now! We have a 22mth old DD who came along a bit earlier than planned, so I haven't been through the ttc part. Sounds a bit silly, but not sure where to start!! (besides the obvious BDing!!!)

All testing early got me was disappointment. I'm due for AF today no sign yet. Got another BFN. So disapointing I was so sure. If I'm not preg then what's with the permanent sore lower back, and cramps. Never had it as a lead up to AF. Or in first few weeks or pregnancy with Elise.
My plan now is to keep an eye out for AF and if she doesn't arrive I'll test again. :(

Heya yeah I was hoping it would happen quickly too haha and with my son it was also unplanned and early into a relationship!
I took a bloody test today even though I knew I shouldnt but couldnt help it and naturally got a negative lol grrr not due for like a week, if it comes we will be into second proper cycle too. We have just started #2 as well! Our first son is 2 years 4 months and we have decided the timing's right to begin working on our second (and probably final) bubba! Currently on second cycle of trying (was sick over PV last month, doh!). On CD 14 tomorrow (but tend to OV about day 19 or so). We got pregnant with #1 on third month of trying (when I was 32). I only came off the pill a few months back and wanted my body to have a cycle or two to try and get things back to normal before TC. we got pregnant with #1 on the second month. This time round it has been hard!
I know so many people who have gotten preg while we have been trying (and some who really shouldnt have haha).

Hi Jessaroo. Hope things happen for you quickly too.
I never thought ttc would be so hard. If AF visits this weekend then ill be onto my second cycle. I really thought it would happen first time. Preg tests are saying negative so I'm abit disappointed.
Need to keep reminding myself it will happen when it's meant to.
I should count myself lucky as I consider myself and my partner quite fertile. Our DD wasn't planned and was conceived a week into our relationship. I know other people really struggle to even get pregnant with their first child.

This is our first month TTC. And after much reading its not as simple as doing a Baby Dance like first time around. There's so much to it.

Trying for number 2 here too. DS is 2.9yrs, 3 at the end of July. I had hoped for a slightly smaller age gap, but this getting pregnant again is taking a bit more time than last time. Also TTC#2. We have a 2 and a half year old boy. been trying a year.
Have had a root canal and due to get a kidney stone out so hopefully after that we will finally get a BFP!

Working can be bitter sweet. I am shattered 90% of the time but I get bored being a SAHM.
This is our first full month, got my copper IUD taken out last cycle

I will hit Pinterest today! Since my plans of groceries and shopping has been spoiled!!!
Part of me wishes I had a job to keep myself occupied, but with child care I don't think it's worth it. Can't rely on my partner as every second week and weekend he's on call (works for Fulton Hogan). Should count myself lucky I can be a SAHM!
