Ok I'm going to follow the advice online and wait and start it from day one of my next cycle I think I'm Ov but I'm not 100% sure I'm not trusting opk's my cycles are really long so it would be great to get them back to normal after being on the pill for 15 years lol

I have just started it mid cycle as I haven't ovulated or got AF since finishing the pill. I'm hoping it will encourage something! Either AF or O would be nice! I actually went to a naturopath yesterday to get something to help me start ovulating and was recommended vitex, evening primrose oil and a multi vitamin. I got mine for $12 for 25 doses in liquid form and I saw it for $20 for 30 tablets at a health food shop. So you could always get a smaller bottle somewhere if you didn't want to commit to $60. I have only started it today so can't give you any feedback yet but I decided it was worth a shot. She did say it can take three months to build up enough to work.

Hi ladies
Just wondering if anyone has used this product?
Does anyone have any advice or any other recommendations? There is a lot on the Internet but I prefer to see what you ladies think or know?
It's on the baby4you website I'm quite keen to try but I'm also not too keen to waste $60 if its not that great.
Any thoughts would be awesome
