The norm is between 10 and 16, with 14 days being the average.<br /><br />People generally take B6 and vitex to lengthen their LP, if say it was under 10 days.<br /><br />Cycles do change over the years, usually becoming longer in your 30's (sorry I have no idea if this applies to your age!).<br /><br />I wouldn't be worried about it, but it doesn't hurt to ask your GP  <img src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=22767">MummaHuhu</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 43307<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 21 May 2013 at 7:17pm<br /><br />Any tips for funny lutel phases?<div><br></div><div>The last couple of months I've had spotting around 10dpo then no af until 15dpo. &nbsp;I've already got 2 babies and conceived them with a lutel phase of around 10 days (the 2nd it seemed impossible to get preggi as DH was away around O-day &amp; on my first cycle but still it happened). &nbsp;This time it seems to be taking forever, my lutel phase is jumping around between 10-15 days &nbsp;<img src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley6.gif" border="0" alt="Unhappy" title="Unhappy" />&nbsp; It's been 8 months so far and I'm not really sure if I should be seeing a GP about it yet.<br><div><br></div><div>I've got a B6 complex on the way and have some vitex here but I'm a bit wary of taking it, I don't want to break my cycle too much! &nbsp;</div></div>]]>
