I definitely don't want it to get any worse!<br /><br />I think it's a timely reminder to improve my posture as well!]]>

I had crazy back pain (and slightly torn side ab muscles!) that came and went when UTD with Ferg. <br />I went to acupuncture for some other things, and added that into my treatment and it helped a little.<br /><br />Best advice: nightly back rubs/massages from DH!  <img src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>

It eases off throughout the day and a hot water bottle does help a bit.<br /><br />According to 'Dr Google', the pain is likely to be caused by my ribs expanding and pressing into a nerve.<br /><br />I'm definitely arranging for a physio appointment to have it looked at, but has anyone else had this?<br /><br />I'd love some advice/tips about what can help. Thanks heaps!]]>
