I enjoyed Kid-wangling by Kaz Cooke too. Written with humour and common sense.

Someone recommended I read Oh Baby by Kathy Fray which is an NZ book. I have found the book Kid-wrangling by Kaz Cooke useful.
This is not just about caring for new borns though. It is about caring for babies, toddlers and little kids.
In my opinion the author puts the information in an interesting and funny way (as in she makes some jokes).
