When my FA Dr referred me for a lap operation, she wrote the referral on her 'Angelsea Women's' letterhead rather than her FA letterhead (since she, like most lady-bits Drs, works at a number of places). Thanks Sag76 - My referral is from a fertility group so im hoping thats not against me. Worth a try i guess? I have never had any issues with periods. Good luck - just be aware if you have complained in the past (no matter how long ago about 'womans issues' (eg painful period) they can say no.

I am still pretty angry about their treatment of me.

I hope your run with them is better!
