Hi there,
I can't help you out but wanted to write and say hello and that we (my wife and I), have been in the same position, except that we decided that I will carry our children so her lovely brother has agreed to be our donor. So far I have been pregnant twice, but devastatingly lost both babies at 3 months pregnant. We have her bro coming back to NZ soon we hope (as he lives overseas) to try again and we reckon third time lucky!
If you want to PM me about anything, I'm pretty knowledgeable about the logistics of DIY artificial insemination lol, and I got pregnant 2 x out of a total of 4 attempts and 2 of those goes were immediately following a MC. So we have a pretty good hit rate!
Also- there is a thread under 'pregnancy' called same sex mummies (or similar), so go say hello on that. It's kinda inactive, but I reckon it's with a read and to say hello as I think the more of us visible out there, the better and easier it is on forums like this. I thought I was the only gay one for the longest time!

Hi All,

Not sure how much luck I will get off here but here goes.

My Partner and I are soon to be wed and are thinking about starting a family. As you know 2 women can’t have babies just by themselves so we are in need of some help. If anyone is open to being a sperm donor or knows of someone else who might be interested please get in contact with us.

We would preferably like a sperm donor who would like no part in upbringing or financial responsibilities but we are also open to other suggestions too.

Please note this would not be done the natural way and this is not negotiable!
