with my second i had implantation spotting and got my BFFP the next day

I am not even sure if I do ovulate on my own but have been charting CM as my temps are all over the place due to PCOS and hypothyroidism. My hubby and I are currently TTC #2. So last time I got UTD I had implantation bleeding (a couple of bright red spots of blood when I went toilet one day). This morning when I woke up I had the EXACT same thing.....so big question is when should I do a test??????
