But all my babies came early and I was still taking aspirin when I went into labour with all 3. I did lose more blood than normal with #2 (c sect) but for the other two vaginal births, I had normal blood loss. But I don't think it was the aspirin that caused the excess blood loss for the c sect.

I stopped Asprin at 34 weeks as directed by fertility specialist (usual advice I gather). I was on 100mg tabs. My obstetrician said that if I continued it would increase bleeding in labour. The other one I considered and stopped @ 38 wks (turned out to be 1 week before birth) was Omega 3 supplement as they can also increase bleeding. Some things to consider I guess.

Am I likely to do my baby any harm with regards to blood clotting if I'm still taking a quarter a day ?

Huge Thanks!!!
