"Katherine Mobary", she was from South Africa , she does courses all over NZ. she's a professional at it, and keeps it simple,  she made several cheeses all in one day lesson.<br /><br />Making say Feta very easy.  Halloumi so yummy, its made so you can gently  fry it to.<br /> <br />Go find her books worth reading.... Once you can make you own cheese, greta money saver.]]>

I have the Mad Millie's Italian cheese kit (ricotta, mozzarella and marscapone) but am wondering about getting the soft cheese kit that does feta, halloumi, cream cheese etc.<br /><br />I'm just keen to know whether anyone has tried it?]]>
