I took COQ10 and Royal Jelly, both which help improve egg quality and blood circulation. I think they definitely helped me although I am 35 which means my eggs are a bit older

Hey Everyone

I asked another question couple of weeks ago and you guys told me about some vitamins and other things good for ttc.
I have found though that there are heaps of things out there that sound promising but cannot afford a whole lot, so I was wondering what are the best ones to take, I'm already on folic acid but thats it and my partner isn't on anything yet.

And just wondering if anyone found ones that really did help to get pregnant? I know there is no magical pill (though that would be a great invention!) to help but we are open to try anything that could help.
