Well if you go to http://www.fitfitfit.co.nz you can find a bootcamp in Franklin or Lloyd Elsmore Park, or give them a ring, get 10 friends together and set your own one up. That's what I did as there wasn't anything out West. Wow c section a week ago and you're thinking of exercise! Good on you, but don't forget to give yourself a chance to get on your feet.
Well we're starting next week which is obviously a little too soon for you, but if people are keen then there maybe another one running after xmas which might give you a little longer to heal.

Hi, I'm a first time mum looking to get back into doing some exercise and getting back some of the muscles that I've lost. I am looking for other like minded mums in Titirangi area to set up a bootcamp for 6 weeks to kick start my exercise. The trainer is willing to come out west if i find 9 others.
