On Fathers day we announced it. Handed both of our dads an envelope with an birthing clinic brochure in each of them. One took a while to get it - and was eventually in tears of happiness. The other was disappointed because he thought it was Rugby World Cup Tickets.

On Mothers day we had flowers delivered to the Grand mothers & Great grandmothers to be with a card, saying happy 'grandma or greatgrandma' day, can't wait to meet you in Nov for cuddles & kisses.

When we were pg with Jack we gave my parents baby bibs that said "That's it I am going to Grandma's/Grandad's". When we were pg with Ben we turned up at my parents and Jack was wearing a cap with "Big Brother" on it. For baby #1, I invited my parents for dinner and made menus, which I gave to mum & dad before dinner. We had baby curried sausage with baby onions. Baby peas, baby potatoes, baby carrots, baby beans, baby corn and baby mud cakes for dessert. At bottom of menu EDD.
