Just came back to check the date of this thread and it was about a month ago so maybe things are kicking back into action... I have had sore nipples again for a couple of days. Really really sore and out of the blue. I've had thrush before, right at the beginning...don't think it's the same but will have a check of his mouth in the morning, just to be sure. I didn't even think of that...it was excruciating last time.
This is more like increased sensitivity I guess...a bit like they're raw and worn out, like the early days.
Might be something to do with my cycle (whatever that is!) as I've felt a bit crampy for the last week or so too. Hopefully it means AF is around the corner as I'm really hoping to get UTD again soon!

The cycle before I got pg my nipples were extremenly sensitive and I was in agony feeding DS, it seemed to be after ov and lasted until AF finished. It was completely random as I hadn't experienced anything like that before.

Can you define sore? Mine always gt more sensitive around af but just feel a bit overused if its thrush it uually a stinging pain . I had no idea where to put this so decided here was as good a place as any...

For the last week or so my nipples have been really sore when feeding...like they are in the first couple of weeks.
I haven't had my first PP AF yet so did a preg test today which was BFN (despite possibly having other symptoms - but it could all be in my head).
No blocked ducts, no mastitis, no change to latch or new teeth...
