I find most websites to be very biased and in lots of cases to fail to differentiate between opinion and results from research.<br /><br />When we were deciding to vax or not, I would have looked at actual research.  But I didn't have the time in the end, so decided to trust the conventional view, and vax.  ]]>

Straight after&nbsp;she came less responsive and wasn't babbling as much as she was before the jab and was like this for a couple of weeks. She is going to be 3 in a few months and we haven't discussed if she will receive anymore. </P>]]>

It explained everything and was enough information for me to decide to get her vaccinated. There's also info in the Well Child book that explains what the different vaccines are for.]]>

I done my research (sorry got no links) and decided that it wasnt for us, DD has had no imms done and wont get any until she is an adult then she can decide what she wants to do. ]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=22873">High9</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 39340<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 27 May 2011 at 11:15am<br /><br />Hi everyone,<br /><br />I don't want a debate and know this is a really touchy subject. <br /><br />My daughter was due to have her 15 month imms on the 20th but this date has now come and gone. <br />I've always felt that I haven't known enough about getting them done and getting them not done, etc.<br />She's had her 6 week imms, 3 month and 5 month imms so far.<br /><br />Because I feel like I don't know enough I have felt rather pressured by family, friends and my partner to get DD immunised (as well as health professionals too) but I've always wanted to know more yet no one can point me in the right direction to get more info! They just keep saying it's the 'right' thing to do or the right thing in general. <br /><br />Basically I was just wanting to know WHERE people got their information from for/against immunising to help them make the decision on if they should get them done or not?? Can anyone recommend any really good sites?<br /><br />Also wanting to know if anyone has started and then stopped and if so for what reasons? <br /><br />Cheers.<br /><br />PS Sorry if that doesn't make much sense!]]>
