I got mine from a friend who used it 4-5 times per day for her two and I am using it 1-2 times per day. So for us it has been reliable and excellent value for money.]]>

On the other hand Medela is a lot gentler which is better for long-term or exclusive pumping as its not quite as harsh on the poor nipples!]]>

I have a Medela Harmony which is a manual pump and I found it great. Soon after DS was born, I was pumping solidly and feeding only expressed milk and it was reliable, easy to use and didn't give me hand cramp! I have only used Medela pumps- a double electric in the hospital and my manual one at home, so cant give you any comparisons, but I hope its helped!]]>
