DS was 9lb 6oz so if this bub is anything like that I guess they won't fit the cocoon for long anyway!

Now does anyone have one they want to sell?

The cocoon is handy but they grow out of it quick!

We also had a cocoon which we borrowed from a friend, it was handy for the first month or two but glad didn't buy it ourselves as he grew out of it pretty quick. Personally i'd get the recline option & maybe if you like the idea of a cocoon look for a cheap second hand one.

My second went in there around 4 1/2 - 5 months...

You'll probably find that if you don't get the recline option you'll have to keep your baby in the newborn position for longer and (if anything like mine) she/he will not be happy!!

Do you find it handy or do you hardly use it? At what age did you 2nd child go into it?

I have bought a 2nd hand e3v2 and need to get a double kit for it. I can get the sports model that has the zip recline for $129 or the e3 model that doesn't recline but comes with a free cocoon for the same price.

Decisions, decisions!
