Daktarin oral gel for your nips to get rid of the thrush!
Try the lansinoh or pawpaw for healing, and if you want a cheap alternative to breast shells for getting clothes off your nips, cut out egg carton cups and use them instead.
Soak all underwear in napisan (and/or canesten laundry liquid if you have it) to kill the bugs.

And if the sun comes out, get 'the girls' out as much as poss.

I invested in a pair of avent breast shells, meant I could get plenty of fresh air around the nipples, without leaking everywhere, although I dont wear them out as they are rather conspicuous!

Pawpaw ointment is really good too and it doesn't need to be wiped off before feeding.
We got thrush too so I feel your pain! It's nasty!

Lanisol cream, lots a fresh air and rub milk on them after every feed and let it dry. You need to let them breathe well so dont wear tight stuffy tops. Just the usual, air dry and lots of lanisol cream. And time. Ouch, i can still remember that. Help please. I am in so much pain. Last week my we boy got thrush in his mouth. And although it has gone now and my nipples no longer have thrush i have bad cracks around the outside.
