I had a m/c on the 10th March, I expected a longer cycle but have started spotting today at day 27 so I guess AF will turn up in a day or so which is about right with me.

I've had 2 confirmed early mc's, first one at 5w2d was followed by an 18 day cycle, next one at 5w4d was followed by a 31 day cycle (normally was 23-25 days) after those cycles I went right back to normal, 2nd mc was concieved the cycle following my 18 day one. So sorry to hear of your loss.

I think everyone is different but after my first MC, mine returned only a couple days longer than normal.

So sorry to hear that yesnomayb, its a horrible time.
In my case my period has always returned around 28days (ie normal cycle length) later, but I think Im not sure if thats the norm..

Hi guys has been a rough time for me i was around 5-6 weeks then shortly after i started spotting it stopped had a scan next day nothing was to be found :( so had 2nd lot hcg bloods done which came back lower then the first shortly after that ph call bleeding had started up again along with back cramps heavy bleeding and loss of tissue lasted around 10 days had follow up scan this week and was told that i had a complete M/C (thats the short story)

Anyway my question is how long does it take for periods to return after a natural M/C?
