Author: lil_l
Subject: 38133
Posted: 24 February 2011 at 8:15am

Hi, not sure if there is any other thread that deals with this but here goes.

My 8 month old is experiencing night terrors (or what I assume are night terrors).

She is (whilst still asleep) moaning, thrashing and this eventually leads to crying and waking up. I will go in a and comfort her and give her a boob, but then 20 mins or so later she will do the same thing, but will always eventually settle herself at this stage. She is getting very little sleep at night, I've tried with leaving a little light on, I gave her pamol last night thinking she might be just teething, but to no avail. Her day sleeps are fine....Please if someone has any idea with what I can do, I would very much appreciate your input, I just hate seeing my little one like this!
