I just work out different muscle groups. Cardio is fine to do every day. Wednesday we went for a a walk (1 hour long) and tonight i played indoor netball. DP thinks we are over doing it and should go to the gym every second night and a short walk on the other nights. We arent doing weights every night so i think its fine<br /><br />So how often do you go to the gym and are you actually losing weight?
