I think most cysts go away on their own. I had one that didnt and had it removed by LAP which measured 2.3cm. Not huge but significant enough to case me a lot of pain.

Yea did she say anything about the cyst? Cysts develop as a normal part of the cycle and therefore go away as a matter of course. Hi Kazza, im no expert but i know when i had one they said they had to do another ultrasound. the reason for this is because some woman get cysts but they drain can themselves. I think it has something to do with your cycle (but again im not expert!)Oh and there is different names for these types of cysts

I ladies, just looking for info, went for my first appointment at fertility plus, to look into recurrent miscarriages, and they fond a cyst on one of my ovaries..
The lady said they wouldnt really know much until they either do surgery or another ultrasound.
