You will also find that when you are ovulating much less will leave. If you are not fertile, your cervix will not be open so there's nowhere for the swimmers to go!

If you mean right after he removes his penis, then yep Its all good. By the time the 'left overs' have come out the all important swimmers are where they need to be Just dont go to the toilet immediately after, wait 5 or so minutes.
