Ive seen a few around Upper Hutt too. All say they are on TM. So perhaps just search private sale and see what comes up.

my sister and brother in law have a rental down there that they have just gone down to do up.... I think they were possibly thinking of selling it after that and I 'think' it is somewhere around the hutt.

I dont have the vaughest idea though about money etc down there, it's a 3-4 (?) bedroom plus self contained unit., so it may be worth more than your looking for but would have extra income......

Hi all,

Thought this as better place as any to put it out there, if anyone knows of someone, or is wanting to sell their own house privately, we're looking for a 3 bed + stand alone in the Hutt Valley, pref Upper Hutt but we're happy to look at anything. Looking between mid - high $200's.

Had about enough of real estate agents who really can't decide what bullocks they want to tell us next!
