Do you have PCOS? I do and it's not uncommon for me to get positive OPKs when I'm not oving, also when I was ttc and my hormones were outta whack I often had spotting at different times through-out my cycle. Spotting can be a sign of lots of things so maybe best to see the Dr if it continues... Are your cycles regular?

There is a chance you did ov at the first pos OPKs and spottting, and due to your low progesterone your temps aren't reflecting this. I would do a pregnancy test make sure that the OPK isn't picking up Hcg (preggy hormones) instead of LH (ov hormones) as OPKs will detect both...

eta - if it does come up positive you should probably get your progesterone levels checked asap so you can takes supplements if necessary...

Hi,

on the 19th I started spotting for 5 day (after 2 +opk, but didnt ovulate) and today 2 days after after another 2+opks, I have darker spotting when i wipe, can someone please shed some ligh for me???
