Stress effects the phase before ovulation (forget the name). It can cause delayed ovulation, therefore delayed period, or even cause you to skip a period if very bad. <br /><br />Could also mean you are UTD, but just not registering on a HPT.... I would suggest asking for a blood test if you are concerned.]]>

But this month i am 8 days late and negative pregnancy tests.  <br />Is this normal and do you sometimes skip a period and if so how to i know when my next cycle starts<br />i am very confused.<img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0"> ]]>
