We have the P&T and love it. We took it overseas and it fit in our luggage and wasn't too heavy. We also put a blanket down under a sheet and DD slept in her go-go bag. We have the P&T one, we love it! Got it off Trademe. Love our P&T. I just fold up a blanket and lay it under a sheet for a bit of extra warmth but it's never been much of an issue. My 3 year old still sleeps in it occasionally and it's plenty big enough. We have the P&T and love it. Its easy to put up and DS (17mth) happily sleeps in it. My nephew 3 also happily sleeps in it when he visits.

We have never had a problem with the cold, I made a sheet to go over the mattress (we keep it on the inside) and DS has a sleeping bag.

We have the Kinderkot and love it. Its easy/great to travel with and Jackson sleeps in it no problem.
I highly recommend it

We only use our Phil and Ted's as a portable playpen really. The kinder cot will last you a lot longer - our 4yo can still sleep in it. the Phil & Ted is quite small for a port a cot.
