This should help its the phil and teds website, it shows the travel systems that you can buy. all you need to do is google the capsule and see if it has a base

You can use the graco capsule with this. I use the graco capsule with my sport - and I know others who use it with other P&T buggies. I use the old E3 travel system (it's just some strap things) that I hired at baby on the move for an extra $10 with the capsule. Others I know don't actually use straps at all, and it just kinda sits on the buggy well.

I personally like the capsule with the base over the capsule without (such as the phil and teds capsule).

I have decided definitely I want a Phil and teds explorer buggy but I want to be able to use it with a capsule in it and I want a capsule with a base, there are so many conflicting things about what capule you can use with the p&t travel system.
