i tested at 14dpo, 15 dpo and 16 dpo and was getting def BFNs. i was charting as well as having scans so i knew my OV dates were bang on perfect and got a very faint BFP on 17dpo. wait it out and see what happens

Hi Kayess,

Im in a similar situation as you. I am 2 days late and have taken two preganacy test both came back negative. My concern is that I took Vitex last month which shortened my cycle to 26 days Im usually 28, so this cycle I stopped using it and now my cycle seems to have lengthened now on day 30 which is the longest cycle that I have had.

I would err on the side of caution. If AF hasn't shown up don't drink. As for why it's late, could be stress or a odd cycle or a late implanting BFP.

I'm hoping that as soon as I post this question murphy's law will kick in and I will have my answer but anyway, here goes:

Am four days late, tested on "first" day of when AF was due and then three days later. got 2 BFN's.

But still no sign of AF - and I am usually really regular, i have never been 4 days late before infact...

like i said as soon as I post this AF will probably show up, but has anyone ever had BFN's and then had a BFP? I really just want to know if it's safe to have a few drinks this weekend and also just to put my mind at rest ...?
