It has a bit more sugar in it than the natural yoghurt though - so just be aware of that when dolling it out. We use both flavoured and natural greek yoghurt (usually team it up with some fruit).]]>

I know that it is ok for me to give the plain stuff to my boy but I am wondering if it is ok to give him the flavoured ones as well? <br />We usually get the passionfruit, apricot, berries flavours, not the caramel or banana flavours.<br /><br />TIA]]>
