As others have said as long as it has been in the fridge and you reheat it to piping hot there shouldn't be a problem.<br /><br />I got food poisoning once from chicken about 10 years ago (campylobacter - I actually prayed for the sweet release of death, lol)  - but it was from a rotisserie chicken I had bought at the supermarket and eaten straight away.  Didn't stop me buying them though - it really is a matter of luck to a large degree.]]>

As long as it is cooked properly initially and it is stored in the fridge there is no problem.]]>

As long as your hygiene is good re preparation and you reheat to piping hot I don't think you can really go wrong <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"><br /><br />Edited for apostrophes ;)<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by kiwisj</span>]]>

I think it's actually rather hard (and sometimes unlucky) to end up with food poisoning.]]>
