MIddlemore but like Greenlane you have to line up at some ridiculous time like 6am! if you want to be seen. They only open for the morning or something like that, not all day and it's first come first served. When hubby went a few years back it cost him like $40 to get his tooth pulled. There is a peoples centre in Mangere and Manurewa who have a dental clinic. You could try Greenlane Clinic (Hospital), they have a dental clinic there, you need to be there very early to get a spot as they only have a few they do each day. I would ring them & ask them.
