If it's really bright red it could need some medicated cream - I'd take him to the doctor just to check. DD had this pretty bad, I would recommend getting some Mum2Mum dribble bibs. Master 6 months is dribbling like nothing before and combined with a runny nose has developed a gross dribble rash. Does anyone have any decent creams they use?
