My SIL and BIL adopted my neice while they were living with us and are still on the list to adopt more children, they almost had a boy but it fell thru at the last moment. My view on the process is obviously only 2nd hand but i'll give it if you want it? Hi Ladies,

I am just wanting to hear from anyone who has any experience with adoptiong in New Zealand.

I am just wanting some guidance, advice & any success(or horror I suppose) stories you have.

We have contatced CYFS and I am waiting for some info to be sent out etc, to be honest though, they don't seem very organsied so I was just wondering how others may have found the process.

While I understand everyone has their opinions on adoption I am talking about standard adoption through an Adoption Agency within NZ, not family adoptions etc.
