$2 shop has great stuff.. just watch out for small pieces some of their things are super dodgey and break easily.

Or I bought a big plastic clearfile, decorated it and labelled it "Charlie's Art" - now he has somewhere to kep all his 'drawings'. My DD got a massive packet of 100 hair ties.. My neighbour confessed that it came from the $2 shop.. hehehehe..
It's great because the few hairties we had always went missing - now with 100 hair ties - we're covered for years to come.. Great inexpensive idea that would be appreciated by any mum to a girl..
You could always team it up with book or a cheap DVD...

The Warehouse has some awesome little play irons and cake mixers and stuff, for a really decent price. Nat baby/doll stuff and her little bags etc that she can carry things around in. But also loves more 'generic' things like playdough and trains and little people, and dress up. Books too go down very well :) Loves her litle teaset too, and bubbles are great.
