    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=20248">clover</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 35108<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 06 August 2010 at 1:24pm<br /><br />Not a doctor but I would have thought any antibiotics they would have put you on for a supposed kidney infection would have dealt to the ovary infection, I guess you're wondering about long term damage to that ovary?<br /><br />I would speak to your FS about it, I'm sure they have a lot of patients try all sorts of things to get pregnant and won't mind that you saw a healer or think you were odd for doing it.  A possible historical ovary problem is very relevant.<br /><br />Fingers crossed you get your happy result soon!]]>

WBC would be raised I assume. However, I would think antibotics would be used to treat it.... <br />I thought I had some kinda PID (not from an STD you can also get it from lots of BDing <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0">) and we never got tests or anything but I got the Dr to treat me for it to rule it out as I was having discomfort in one ovary (ends up it was PCOS) and the treatment was a massive amount of antibotics - 3 different kinds at once... was horrible and I ended up with oral thrush <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley11.gif" border="0"> <br /><br /><br />]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=22400">mollymoo</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 35108<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 06 August 2010 at 7:26am<br /><br /><P>Hi everyone... some of you know my history but for those who don't...</P><P>here's a bit of a run down on DH and I... have been TTC for 18mths now, have had all BT done, DH's sample's good, have had 2 ultrasounds and a HSG xray... all not showing anything of major significance. apparently my cervical canal is 'thickened' slightly but they don't know why. am with a FS (obviously) paying privately ATM... and am on my 2nd cycle of clomid. so from all this i haven't been able to get pregnant at all.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>as many of you know who have been TTC you would try anything to get that little bubba. so i had an appointment with an alternative healer who suggested that about 13 years ago i had an infection in my right ovary. I can remember being hospitalised for a 'supposed' kidney infection, but my healer thinks they got it wrong. he has 'cleansed' me and i have to have aloe vera and cranberry juice for the next month. </P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>so BIG question...</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>have you ever had an infection in your ovaries? what was the treatment? </P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>of course i've googled and have found they call it Pelvic Inflammatory Disease but you know google...</P>]]>
